Seven Canyons

This Four Seasons 18-hole regulation length golf course is a resort community facility in Sedona. Tom Weiskopf designed the par 70, private 6,746-yard course. Recently opened to public play, Seven Canyons is considered one of the most beautiful courses in the area. The driving range is considered exceptional and unlimited use comes with the greens fees.The course has a pro shop and restaurant.

Verde Santa Fe

This 18-hole course between Cottonwood and Cornville off of Cornville Road has great views of Mingus Mountain. The course is 5,786 yards long from regular tees. Even so, many obstacles lengthen the course and force players to lay up or pay a penalty. Par for the course is 71/70. The fairways and tee boxes are Bermuda in the summer and rye in the winter. The greens are bent grass.

Coyote Trails

This quaint, nine-hole golf course near the foothills of Mingus Mountain is nestled between two 55-and-over retirement communities in Cottonwood. The course offers a relaxing environment for those who don’t require a bar or country club to enjoy a round of golf. Par for the nine-hole course is 33 and birdie opportunities are plentiful for good golfers. The tee boxes are blue grass and the fairways are a mix of blue grass and rye. Greens are bent grass. The course is 2,223 yards.

Poco Diablo

This 777-yard 9-hole, par 3 golf course is part of a resort in Sedona. All facilities are open to the public. Designed by Arthur Jack Snyder, the course opened in 1980.

Oakcreek Country Club

This 6,353-yard course is one of the oldest courses in Sedona with great views of the Red Rocks. The designers, Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr., wanted every hole on the course to be a challenging par, but an easy bogey. The course has strategically placed bunkers in landing areas and elevated greens.

Sedona Golf Resort

This 18-hole course is situated among the famous red rocks of Sedona. Designed by Scottsdale-based architect Gary Panks, Sedona Golf Resort flows through the valley between two mesas.  The course is known for challenging terrain shifts and beautiful views. The clubhouse includes a full service golf shop and dining area.The course is a 6,646 yard-long par 71. Fairways are rye and the greens are Penncross bent.

Canyon Mesa Country Club

This is a nine-hole, par 28 course that is open to the public. The course is actually in the Village of Oak Creek. It has panoramic views. Canyon Mesa is all par three holes with only one par four. The course also has tennis courts and a swimming pool that are open to the public. Although the course is short, it is narrow and can be challenging.
